pre-birthday notes:
we've started the festivities early by drinking champage. from this i have learned two things:
- my father can't keep the cork from popping, but he can keep it from fizzing; and
- champagne makes me feel bubbly.

do you really think telling someone they're old is a good idea after yesterday?
i'm sorry, i was unaware that you would jump to assumptions right away. i didn't know a person couldn't do things that were nice but not by the book. but no, you did jump to an assumption right away. i dont really know what to say to you actually, and right now id rather not have to say anything, so please dont call.
